Welcome to Nicolai's Mine Camp:
previously Uncle Nicolai's Inn: traditional mine camp-style lodging at Copper Center, Alaska

We have a GREAT view of a part of the Wrangell Range!
This is the East side of the CRD property with
its view of Mt Drum at 12,000+ feet

owner
Ron Simpson,

Looking east from the Old Native Shoppe, is a great view of Mt Drum.
The store was never a shop, although that was the original intent. Instead, it became a floor display and window displays of retro items--mostly decades-old uniforms with a relationship to the old Territory of Alaska, as displayed on vintage mannequins.

View of the main Copper Rail Depot building, which contains the bar & kitchen, plus two of the rooms and the two common lavatory-shower rooms, as seen from Rooms C-9 and C-10 on the left.
Just beyond, also on the left, is the outdoor stage for live bands, with the
Espresso Caboose #1091 to the left of the stage.
